This website (elchinkerry.com) and the associated dashboard (The Dare Playbook) are operated by Elchin Kerry. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This document explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your transaction data.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information to provide our services:

Account Data: Your email address and login credentials are collected via Supabase Auth to create your personal account, secure your access, and save your challenge progress.
Payment Data: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe Inc. We do not store or collect your payment card details on our servers. All transaction details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form. Stripe provides us only with transaction confirmation tokens and status updates (e.g., checkout completed).
Usage and Progress Data: We track which days of the challenge you complete to display your personal dashboard progress.
Server Logs: Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, referral URL) is processed temporarily by Vercel for security and performance purposes.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use strictly necessary technical cookies and local storage tokens to keep you logged in to the dashboard (JWT tokens managed by Supabase). We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only with trusted service providers required to run our product: Supabase (database and auth hosting) and Stripe (payment processing).

5. Your Rights (Including GDPR)

Pursuant to the GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account or modify your details at any time by contacting us directly.
